Cancellation Policy

At KhetEase, we understand that plans can change. Therefore, we offer our users the flexibility to cancel their orders within 2 days of placing them.

Policy Details:

1. Cancellation Window:
   • Users can cancel their order within 2 days (48 hours) from the time of placing the order.
2. How to Cancel:
   • To cancel an order, users can visit the “My Orders” section in their account and select the order they wish to cancel.
   • Alternatively, users can contact our customer support team through the provided communication channels to request a cancellation.
3. Refund Process:
   • If the order is successfully canceled within the 2-day window, a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
   • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in the user’s account, depending on the payment provider.
4. Exclusions:
   • Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched for delivery cannot be canceled.
   • Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
5. Exceptions:
   • In cases of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
